We understand how finding a puppy and picking it up the same day can be a hassle. So, we are pleased to announce that we have implemented a new system to simplify the process of finding your ideal puppy. You can now schedule an appointment to assess their temperament before completing the purchase. Be advised that a deposit is required to reserve your desired puppy because we have had cases where we hold puppies and customers don’t show up in the end, and that has caused us to lose other potential buyers who had interest too. This measure has been put in place to ensure fairness for both parties involved ( buyer & seller ). We appreciate your patronage and look forward to helping you find your perfect companion.
How Much Deposit Payment is Required
The deposit fee required for holding each puppy is $500.00 USD
After depositing your preferred puppy, the remaining payment would be $1,000.00 USD
Payment must be made in full before the puppy is released for shipping.
Full payment upfront is not applicable for pickup cases.
We accept secure payment methods such as Apple Pay, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, Chime, bank transfer, Crypto, etc..
Why make a deposit?
This ensures that only serious buyers are considered, helping us maintain a high standard of care for each puppy. It covers vaccinations, veterinary checks, high-quality food, socialization, and safe transportation.
Once full payment is received, your puppy will be safely shipped to your provided address via a trusted pet courier service.
All puppies are shipped with travel documents, health certificates, and feeding instructions.
You will receive shipping information and updates every step of the way.
Delivery typically occurs within 2–3 business days, depending on your location.
Deposits Refund Policy
Due to the nature of live animal sales, payments are non-refundable once the puppy is reserved and paid for, unless an issue arises on our end (e.g., health problems or unavailability).
In such cases, we will offer a replacement puppy or refund your payment.
